Evan possesses a design and manufacturing background that began with the completion of his
bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering with a minor in manufacturing engineering from
Miami University. During his time working in the machining/manufacturing fields he has received
extensive training and gained intricate knowledge of CAD/CAM programming, 3D design,
and CNC machining methods.
Ross Hipp Owner, Operator/ Floor Manager/Sales Manager
Ross is quickly transitioning into the manufacturing field and brings experience working in small,
fast paced business atmospheres. He is becoming well versed in 2D CNC programming, setup, and machine
operation methods, which will work well with his ability to think quickly on the floor. Ross' schooling
background is centered around business and financials. Currently he has shifted his focus to manufacturing methods
and technology.
